2015 Washoe Street is a large chalet in Meyers California, the gateway to the South Shore of the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. Meyers is a quiet family oriented community surrounded by parks and national forest area and offers immediate access to all the varied ammenities of South Lake Tahoe. We offer everything here from the unsurpassed outdoors including boating on numerous lakes, world class hiking and snow sports, to outstanding cultural, entertainment and nightlife/gaming opportunities.

Deposit on Vacation Chalet for Rent

$ 300 USD
Rental is 6 bedrooms so everyone can enjoy privacy. There are 3 bathrooms, one on suite master, and 2 shared. The kitchen is large with a large dining room and bar. A wood stove is in the dining/kitchen area. The house has internet and cable.
  2 night minimum except during low season. $300 deposit refundable with 60 day notice only. Low season September 20 through November 24, April 4 through June 17 price is $129 USD per night first 2 night, $97 each additional night plus $130 cleaning fee per stay. Max 12 well behaved occupants, 2 well behaved pets. High season November 25 through April 3 and June 18 through September 19 is priced at $144 per night $129 each additional night plus $140 cleaning fee per stay.  Holiday periods July 2 through July 8 and August 27 through September 6 priced at $379 with a minimum stay of 5 nights and the 6th night for $97 plus $140 cleaning fee.
